Poker Shark Bookmarks Paper Craft

Today, I'm sharing a set of tags I created with files from Kadoodle Bug Designs. I used the super cute shark files found here: Summer Sharks.

I created the cards in Cricut Design Space using basic shapes. Free file here: Aces (I ended up writing my A's with a red gel pen.)

I cut everything using my Cricut Explore and then I pieced it all together after chalking.

I made these bookmarks for my husband and his poker study.

Thanks for your visting today!

Water Colored Tear Bears (St. Patricks Day)

Hello Everyone! Happy Tuesday to you!
I am so excited about sharing my first water colored tear bears.

I created these as I would any other tear bear. I uploaded the svg cut file to Cricut Design Space and cut out the pattern with my Cricut Explore.

I used a svg cut file from Kadoodle Bug Designs.

I then traced my pattern into the back of mulberry paper and then I tore out my pieces using a process called tear bear.

I then placed my bear pieces onto a white sheet of cardstock and got out my Shinhan Professional Artist Grade watercolors, brushes, a glass of water. I then used different yellows and greens and splattered him up with my brushes.

I then allowed these water colored pieces to dry. After they were I edged the pieces in lime green colorbox ink. Then I assembled. I added a few glitter shamrock stickers.

This was so fun. Expect to see more water colored projects coming your way.

I am giving one of these bears away this week on my Facebook Fanpage: Leinzlove Tear Bears

I also have one for sale in my shop here.

KBD Horse 3D Paper Craft Hop Project

Hello friends! I'm sharing my 3D Horse Purse hop project.  I used the super cute new Horse Katoodle File from Katoodle Bug Designs. You can see whats new here.

I decided to make my niece a birthday gift and it had to be horses. :)
I uploaded my svg into Cricut Design Space and cut out the patterns with my Cricut Explore. I tore the pieces out of mulberry paper and brushed them to give them a furry appearance. I then assembled as you would any other paper piecing.

I did the same with my 3D purse svg. My BFF Mindy Beverly made this svg. I cut it out of paper from Doodlebug Designs. I finished it off with an "I love you" ribbon.

Tear Bear Monster Birthday Card

Today, I'm sharing this tear bear easel card I created. I made this using different papers and sprinkles from Doodlebug Design. I added some paper flowers and heart cabochons.

The girly monster tear bear, the cake and presents were created with super cute svg cutting files from Kadoodle Bug Designs. I made this tear bear with thick mulberry paper.

I uploaded the files, and designed this project in Cricut Design Space, and then cut it with my Cricut Explore.

I tried something different to me. I made the tear bear monster first. And then I matched him with Doodlebug Design Paper.
