Its made of about 2 sheets of cardstock. The box is two layers. It has 3/8 inch ribbon in 2 colors wrapped around the top of the basket.
I just couldn't resist seeing this in neon and was in a fun mood.
I inked it up and used a pattern from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.
